From the award winning renown Chef Michael Symon, Symon's Burger Joint is an integral part of Space 24 Twenty, commonly known as "The Drag" by the University of Texas College Students.

 

It is a standalone walk-up counter service burger joint serving five specialty burgers, three kinds of hotlinks and fresh-cut fries and handspun milkshakes. 

 

This space was designed for simplicity and constructed with a very straightforward street vending intent to its customer.  An abundance of custom metal work and efficient "flowable" design was incorporated throughout the space.  Massive overhead metal fans cools the entire covered space providing the patron with excellent ambient comfort while underneath the main seating area. 

 

Since it was aimed for the college student, it has lots of outdoor seating areas for its patrons which can mingle and combine with the other area vendors.
