One of our latest developements in Round Rock, Texas.  Mellow Mushroom is in a league of their own.  We took an old Johnny Carino's and gutted it to the studs to begin the unique transformation to a proper Mellow Mushroom.

 

This space is extremely unique due to its extensive use of custom built effects throughout the entire restaurant.  From its use of old bicycle chains and spokes to create the outdoor artwork, to the unique use of interior colors & lights, Mellow Mushroom challenges our construction techniques to be innovative. 

 

Lots of angled and curved metal designs surround the space combined with art-deco interior design gives this development a truly unique feel for all of its patrons.
